A lot of people ask if there is a national MLS service, and the answer is no. All MLS’s are local, or regional, owned and operated by the local Boards of Realtors, and you need to be listed in your local area. The information that is collected by these local MLS is syndicated nationally, so buyers anywhere can see a particular area’s homes that are being offered for sale. In Idaho, Lowes Flat Fee Realty belongs to seven different Idaho MLS, so we can provide you Flat Fee MLS Listing access to the particular MLS that covers your specific area. Whether it is the Boise Valley Metro area, north to Coeur d’Alene and Boundary County, or across the south-central section of Idaho with Twin Falls and on to Pocatello and Preston and continue up the eastside of Idaho through Blackfoot, Idaho Falls and Rexburg and even picking up that eastern most Teton Valley.

Hello, I’m Roger Lowe, owner and Designated/Principal Broker in Idaho, Washington and Oregon for Lowes Flat Fee Realty. I opened my Idaho brokerage in 2005 as a better way to sell real estate; saving clients’ money in the sale and purchase of their properties. With the resulting success I chose to expand and provide my money-saving service to all of the Pacific Northwest while maintaining the hands-on care that my customers and clients have so much appreciated. My underlying theme is to treat all customers the way I would like to be treated.

I have been a full-time REALTOR® since 1994, amassing a great deal of experience and knowledge, which you can access by using my affordable plans. I offer MLS entry-only plans, along with Full-Service Realtor programs throughout the Northwest. All of my plans are designed to save you money! My knowledge of current trends, real estate practices, laws, real estate forms and procedures along with related services such as mortgage, insurance and inspection information is extensive. As an Idaho native, I truly love this Northwest area, and am invested in its progress and success. Being raised on a family dairy farm in Idaho provided the responsibility and requirement to work hard and see a job through to completion; not all jobs were glamorous but they all needed done.

Two years on a full-time church mission provided the opportunity to meet, communicate and empathize with all sorts of people from all walks of life. Skills which now provide an effective basis for the many interactions that occur every day with individuals with which I am involved in my real estate broker role.

As I graduated from Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho I married my loving sweetheart and together we raised five super children. I have a long history of faithful  church service in varied leadership and teaching roles. Service has always been very rewarding to me on many levels.

I was also privileged to be elected for 15 years as a school board trustee, serving for much of that time as Chairman of the Board. This position provided many  occasions to hone my leadership skills including negotiation, listening, collaboration, marketing and fortitude; all abilities that I now often employ in my real estate
career.

When not helping folks with their real estate needs, I enjoy spending time with my sweet wife, scoping out new restaurants (perhaps I am a bit of a foodie) and hanging out with my loving, wild and crazy children and grandchildren.
